What level are your classes suitable for? Do I need prior yoga experience?
Our classes are designed for all levels — from absolute beginners to advanced practitioners. No prior yoga experience is required. You will be guided with clear cues, modifications, and support throughout practice.
What should I bring to class? Are mats provided?
Please bring water and wear comfortable clothing you can move and stretch in. We encourage students to bring their own yoga mats. Rental mats are available for a small fee if needed.
What if I have medical conditions or injuries?
When registering, you will be asked to complete a client intake form. Please disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations so we may support you safely. While we strive to offer modifications, always listen to your body and consult a healthcare professional before participating. Do I need consent for sound healing sessions?
Certain sound frequencies may interact with medical devices (such as pacemakers or implants). If you have any medical device or health-related concerns, please consult your physician before participating in sound healing experiences.

Are drop-ins allowed?
At this time, our private events operate on an RSVP-only basis.

Policies
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Class reservations are confirmed at purchase. Cancellations within 24–48 hours may be eligible for class transfer or credit. Missed classes and no-shows are non-transferable.
Late Arrival Policy
To maintain a grounded and uninterrupted experience for all participants, anyone arriving more than 10 minutes late will not be permitted to join class.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for bookings, classes, or digital products.
